Terms and Conditions
Last updated: January 28, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern all access to and use of WagyuClub.com and all purchases, memberships, wholesale transactions, and services offered by WagyuClub (“WagyuClub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing WagyuClub.com, placing an order, enrolling in a membership, or engaging in a wholesale relationship, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use WagyuClub.com or purchase WagyuClub products.

WagyuClub exists to deliver authentic Japanese Wagyu beef at prices that reflect discipline, sourcing intelligence, and respect for the product rather than inflated margins or theatrical markups. Wagyu is not a marketing term and anyone using it as such is committing a greatly dishonorable act. Wagyu is a brand of agricultural perfection, governed by lineage, regulation, grading, and cultural stewardship that does not exist anywhere outside Japan. It is finite, highly serviced, obsessively controlled, and coveted precisely because it cannot be mass-produced or meaningfully replicated.

Therefore, WagyuClub only sells imported Japanese Wagyu beef. We do not sell, and will never sell, American Wagyu, Australian Wagyu, Argentinian Wagyu, or any other impure cross-bred or “wagyu-style” beef. These products are derived from diluted genetics of inferior mixed cows, engineered for scalability and affordability, and exist to satisfy markets that prioritize availability over excellence. While they may be labeled “wagyu” under local or commercial definitions, WagyuClub does not recognize them as authentic Wagyu. Authentic Japanese Wagyu is genetically pure, chemically distinct, graded by Japanese authorities, and structurally unlike all other beef. It melts rather than chews. It dissolves rather than asserts itself. Anything else is simply an act of fraud and marketing deception.

Wagyu Club further rejects the pricing theatrics common in the luxury meat market. Many competitors charge materially higher prices while offering identical grades, inferior sourcing, or diluted provenance. Price alone is not a signal of quality. Wagyu Club prices reflect the product itself, not branding excess, reseller layers, or artificial scarcity narratives. Customers should understand that higher prices elsewhere do not imply superior beef. Rather, they demonstrate our commitment to democratizing access to wagyu beef.

All retail orders are subject to a minimum purchase requirement of two (2) pounds per order. Orders that do not meet the minimum weight requirement will not be processed.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. WagyuClub reserves the unrestricted right to refuse, cancel, modify, or limit any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, inventory limitations, suspected fraud, abuse of policies, or violations of these Terms and Conditions. Prices, product descriptions, availability, and shipping options may change without notice. The customer will be refunded in whole if an order is cancelled due to an error or otherwise caused by WagyuClub.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Wagyu Club does not store full payment card details and assumes no liability for outages, errors, breaches, chargebacks, or failures involving third-party payment systems.

All retail products are shipped using third-party carriers. Delivery dates and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. WagyuClub is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, thawing, spoilage, or delivery failures caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, missed delivery attempts, or events beyond Wagyu Club’s control. However, if something goes wrong with your shipment we will work with you to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer at the point of shipment to the maximum extent permitted by law. WagyuClub has no liability for product condition after shipment except as expressly stated in the documented complaint process below.

If a product arrives in poor condition, the customer must document the issue and submit evidence through a clear and accessible process. The customer must contact support at support@wagyuclub.com within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery and provide the order number, a written description of the issue, clear photographs of the product, photographs of internal and external packaging, and images of all insulation, ice packs, and temperature indicators included in the shipment. Claims submitted without complete documentation or outside the stated timeframe will be denied. If WagyuClub determines, in its sole discretion, that a claim is valid, WagyuClub may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund. Refunds are issued only when documentation clearly supports a product or fulfillment failure. All determinations are final.

Because WagyuClub sells perishable food products of limited supply and exceptional nature, all sales are final unless expressly approved under the documented complaint process. No returns are accepted.

Customers are solely responsible for proper storage, handling, refrigeration, freezing, preparation, cooking, and consumption of all products after delivery. WagyuClub assumes no responsibility or liability for illness, injury, allergic reactions, contamination, or adverse outcomes arising from improper handling, preparation, or consumption.

WagyuClub has no liability for products that are processed, handled, prepared, or served by third parties after the point of sale. If a WagyuClub product is resold, prepared, or served by a restaurant, caterer, retailer, or other merchant, any complaints, illnesses, or claims must be directed to that merchant. WagyuClub will not accept liability for downstream handling. The purchaser must inspect the meat upon the sale, even if it is a large quantity, and look for any issues before distributing it to the public. Merchants may contact WagyuClub for review only if they provide complete documentation of the issue, including handling records, storage conditions, and product traceability.

WagyuClub Membership is an optional paid program subject to separate fees. Membership fees are subject to change at any time without notice. Membership entitles the member to unlimited free standard deliveries on eligible retail orders while membership remains active. Membership also grants access to a Wagyu Concierge, a member of WagyuClub staff who may attempt to source rare or exclusive Japanese imports, including Kobe Beef and other specialty products. Access to specific items is not guaranteed, availability is extremely limited, and all concierge requests are subject to sourcing constraints, regulatory limitations, and supplier discretion. Wagyu Club makes no guarantees regarding success of concierge requests.

WagyuClub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Membership program or any associated benefits at any time. WagyuClub may decline service to a new member or revoke the membership of an existing member if there is reasonable cause. Membership fees are non-refundable.

Wholesale purchases are governed by separate conditions. Standard retail delivery terms do not apply to wholesale orders. Wholesale deliveries must be prearranged in advance and coordinated directly with a WagyuClub representative. Wholesale availability is limited and offered solely at WagyuClub’s discretion. WagyuClub assumes no liability for wholesale products after delivery, including any handling, storage, resale, preparation, or service by the wholesale customer. Wholesale customers accept full responsibility for compliance with all food safety, labeling, and regulatory requirements applicable to their operations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WagyuClub disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of descriptions, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WagyuClub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, loss of enjoyment, reputational harm, lost profits, health-related outcomes, or downstream business losses. Wagyu Club’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

All content on WagyuClub.com, including text, images, branding, logos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to WagyuClub and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

You agree not to misuse WagyuClub.com, submit false claims, interfere with operations, engage in fraud, or abuse WagyuClub policies. WagyuClub reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at its sole discretion.

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or WagyuClub.com shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Wagyu Club may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon posting to WagyuClub.com. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
