Refund Policy

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through WagyuClub.com and governs when refunds, credits, or replacements may be issued. By placing an order with WagyuClub, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.

WagyuClub sells perishable, premium Japanese Wagyu beef. Because of the nature, rarity, and handling requirements of these products, all sales are considered final unless the customer strictly follows the refund and documentation process described below. No refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued outside this process.

Retail Orders Refund Eligibility


Refunds or replacements for retail orders are considered only if a product arrives in objectively poor condition attributable to shipping or fulfillment failure. Subjective dissatisfaction, taste preference, cooking outcome, portion size perception, or expectations about marbling or appearance do not qualify for refunds.

To be eligible for review, the customer must contact support at support@wagyuclub.com within twenty-four (24) hours of the recorded delivery time. Requests submitted after this window will be automatically denied without exception.

The customer must provide complete documentation, including all of the following: the order number, a written description of the issue, clear photographs of the product as received, clear photographs of all internal and external packaging, and photographs of all insulation, ice packs, temperature indicators, and shipping materials included in the box. If any required documentation is missing, unclear, or incomplete, the request will be denied.

WagyuClub reviews claims in its sole discretion. If WagyuClub determines that the documentation supports a valid fulfillment or shipping failure, WagyuClub may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund. The chosen remedy is determined solely by WagyuClub. All decisions are final.

No refunds will be issued for claims involving delays caused by carriers, missed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, weather-related issues, customs delays, or circumstances outside WagyuClub’s control unless documentation clearly demonstrates product failure directly attributable to WagyuClub’s fulfillment.

No refunds will be issued for products that were left unattended after delivery, improperly stored, mishandled, thawed after delivery, refrozen, cooked, or partially consumed.

No refunds will be issued without documentation. No refunds will be issued after twenty-four (24) hours. No exceptions.

Wholesale Orders


Wholesale orders are governed by separate terms and conditions and are subject to different refund standards. Standard retail refund terms do not apply to wholesale purchases.

Wholesale customers are responsible for inspecting shipments immediately upon receipt and documenting any issues at the time of delivery. Any claims must be submitted in writing to WagyuClub with complete documentation as required by WagyuClub, including handling and storage records where applicable.

WagyuClub assumes no liability for wholesale products after delivery, including any handling, storage, processing, preparation, resale, or service by the wholesale customer or any downstream merchant. Once delivered, all responsibility transfers to the wholesale buyer.

Refunds, credits, or adjustments for wholesale orders, if any, are issued solely at WagyuClub’s discretion and only when documentation clearly demonstrates a fulfillment error attributable to WagyuClub. Deliveries, pricing, and logistics for wholesale orders are prearranged and final.

General Conditions


WagyuClub does not issue refunds for subjective dissatisfaction, changes of mind, failure to understand the product, or failure to read product descriptions, terms, or policies. 

WagyuClub reserves the right to deny refunds for suspected abuse of this policy, repeated claims, false submissions, altered evidence, or bad-faith conduct.

This Refund Policy is subject to change at any time without notice. The version posted on WagyuClub.com at the time of purchase governs the transaction.
